Content of the power of attorney
I herewith grant power of attorney toall legal advisors of AsyLex, in particular attorney-at-law Lea Hungerbühler, Elena Liechti and Cora Schmid,
in my asylum procedure and in proceedings under the law on foreign nationals as well as in social welfare matters, including any representation towards authorities and in front of courts, the submission of requests, applications, appeals and other written or oral submissions as well as any other actions for the safeguard of my interests in connection with such proceedings in Switzerland or abroad, including criminal and civil proceedings. The representatives may appoint a substitute with the execution of the actions derived from this power of attorney (substitution). The principal herewith releases his / her doctors and other medical staff (including psychologists) from their confidentiality duty towards the representatives and substitutes. The principal herewith confirms having assigned any potential compensation for legal costs to the association AsyLex as payment and that he/she has read and understood the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy of AsyLex and agrees with them.
